NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, OUR FUND-RAISING TOURS INCLUDE:
A FULL COMPLIMENTARY
PROGRAM FOR ONE REPRESENTATIVE/SINGLE OCCUPANCY, OR TWO REPRESENTATIVES/DOUBLE
OCCUPANCY.
A SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED
PROGRAM FOR UP TO TWO ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVES
(Executive Staff, Artistic Staff, Development Staff).
A
DONATION TO YOUR ORGANIZATION, to be used
for the air fare of the complimentary representative(s). If the air fare
costs less than our donation, the difference is yours.
A
DONATION TO YOUR THEATRE, to be used for
the marketing of this tour, assuming a minimum of 20 paying guests. If
marketing costs less than our donation, the difference is yours.
For
each paying guest beginning with #25, V.I.P.
Tours of New York will give an additional
donation of to your organization.
We
suggest you add at least $200 - $350 per guest donation for your
theatre.
If
your organization has tax-exempt status in the State of New York (we will
help you with the application), you will receive a donation from V.I.P.
Tours of New York representing the refund of the taxes paid for your guests'
hotel rooms, less our service charge for obtaining the refund.
Because
we include a free program for one or more representatives of your organization,
and discounted prices for subsequent representatives, you will have the
opportunity to accompany your organization's supporters and create a special
bond with them. From our clients' previous experiences, this often leads
to future donations which far exceed the money raised from this tour.
