Frequently Asked Questions
Because of our longstanding commitment to historic preservation and the arts, we love to work with nonprofit theaters. They are our main focus. However, we do enjoy creating Broadway adventures for other qualifying groups, including: corporate or business programs, clubs or guilds, families, and friends. If your group is considering a V.I.P. Tours of New York program, we invite you to schedule a call to learn more.
At V.I.P. Tours of New York, we can accommodate groups of nearly every size. Private programs typically require a 20-guest minimum while shared programs (with one other theater group) typically require a minimum of 10 guests.
Our groups have the best experience when they have enough time to promote the program and invite guests, so we recommend getting started at least 6 months before your scheduled tour. Returning groups can often plan trips in less time.
